What is the difference between Associate and Affiliate Membership? +
Associate membership is for supporting media professionals, while Affiliate membership welcomes friends of the press such as media development practitioners and researchers.
How do I apply? +
Click Membership, then Apply for Membership, choose Individual or Institution, and complete the digital form online.
What is the membership fee? +
Dues are set by the PUL Constitution and paid annually; the current schedule is available from the Membership Secretary.
How long does approval take? +
The Membership Committee reviews applications at its regular sittings, and you are notified by email once a decision is made.
What is a Membership ID and QR card? +
Approved members receive a PUL ID number and a digital ID card with a QR code that anyone can scan to verify their membership instantly.
Can institutions become members? +
Yes. Media houses apply for Institutional Membership through the institutional application form on this website.
How do I update my membership information? +
Log in to the member portal and submit a request under Update My Information; it takes effect after approval by the Membership Office.
